Acifed-FS

Acifed-FS distinguishes from the type of acids, with their salts and protected organic acids through Target Release Medium (TRM).

Ingredient

In Acifed-FS has a specific role from feed to gastro-intestinal tract of the bird with its varying nature of dissociation constant (pKa) ingredients.

Active ingredients

Acifed-FS is a Synergistic blend of Essential Organic acids of Propionates, Butyrates and others with competitive exclusion compounds and silicates of high biological value.

Mechanism of action

Mixture of organic acids, salts of organic acids and protected organic acids dissociate inside the bacterial cytoplasm at different levels of the gastro intestinal tract from crop through small intestine thereby reducing the pathogens and enhancing the beneficial flora.

Acifed-FS reduces the pH and microbial load at feed and gut level thereby improves the digestibility.

The efficacy of Acifed-FS is derived through the choice or organic acids which can dissociate at crop and stomach level and their ability to pass through stomach environment as such (Protected) and to exert their antibacterial activity at intestinal level, where it is actually required.

Dosage

• Broilers and Layers: 500 gm to 1.0 Kg per tonne of feed.
• Breeders: 1.0 to 3.0 Kg per tonne of feed.
