Usage Directions

Each 500 gram of BicoFim is sufficient for 10,000 square feet of poultry litter or manure pit area for a one time spray.

Normal Litter Conditions

Under normal conditions, weekly once for first four weeks followed by every fortnight application is sufficient.

Severely fly populated premises

• In case of severely fly populated premises, twice a week for first four weeks followed by every fortnight application is required.
• Typically it takes 21-28 days after first spray with BicoFim to see the effective control i.e. reduction of fly population.
• Note: 500 gm of BicoFim applied over 10,000 square feet with 50 liters of water in case of hand sprayer or 100-150 liters of water in case of power sprayer. (The water quantity may be altered based on the litter condition).

Poultry Houses

For the most effective results the litter condition to be maintained as dry or semi-solid form. In case of severely watery conditions measures to be taken to reduce the litter moisture along with twice a week application of BicoFim.

During Litter Build Up

After clean out of poultry litter or manure pits during the buildup of litter, applying BicoFim regularly for four weeks and continuing the program enable the fly control much effective.
