CALGOPHOS®

CALGOPHOS® is a liquid mineral premix feed supplement for pigs, cows, other livestock and poultry. The product is a source of nutritional supplements, Calcium, Phosphorus, and essential minerals for livestock and poultry, especially during periods of rapid growth, changes in diet or high production intensity. The product helps prevent and support the treatment of symptoms due to lack of Calcium, Phosphorus, and other essential minerals in livestock and poultry, including growth and reproductive disorders.

Benefits

• Sows 2 weeks before giving birth and throughout the nursing period
• Beef cattle during the period of rapid growth and dairy cattle during the milking period
• Poultry raised for meat and pullets are in the brooding stage and poultry are egg-laying throughout the egg harvesting period
• Poultry growth is slow, egg laying is reduced, egg shells are thin, and legs are weak
• Cattle and poultry in periods of rapid growth, changes in diet or high production intensity (milk, eggs, etc)

Composition:

Phosphoric Acid 85%, Magnesium Oxide (Heavy), Sodium Carbonate, Cobalt Carbonate, Zinc Oxide, Manganese Carbonate, Copper Carbonate (Heavy), Calcium Carbonate, Yolk Yellow Pigment, Purified Water

Dosage and Direction for use

• Oral solution, mixed in water, or mixed in food, use for 3-5 days.
• Cows: 75 – 100 ml/day. Calves: 25 – 50ml/day
• Sow: 10 – 20 ml/sow/day Piglets: 1ml/ 4 kg body weight/day
• Sheep and goats: 15ml/day. Lambs and goats: 5 – 10 ml/day
• Poultry: 1 – 2 ml/liter of water or 1 ml/ 20 – 40 kg body weight
• Rabbits: 1 – 2 ml/liter of water

The recommended dose is 1 L of solution/200 L of drinking water for 1 week or until symptoms disappear. Since the pH reaction is strongly acidic, a minimum dilution must be 1:100 with the distribution system preferably made of plastic or unoxidizable metals.
