EFFITIX SPOT ON SMALL DOG

EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs is indicated for use in DOGS (12 weeks old or older) to repel and kill fleas, ticks (brown dog tick, American dog tick, lone star tick, and deer tick), and mosquitoes; to kill biting and chewing lice and to aid in control of mites; and to repel and prevent blood feeding by biting flies.

Key Ingredients –
Fipronil/Permethrin. EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs contains 6.0%fipronil and 44.88% permethrin on a by-weight basis.

Application Directions:
Remove one applicator from packaging. Hold applicator upright and remove cap. (Diagram 1)
Invert cap and place other end back onto applicator tip. Push cap down to break seal. Remove cap prior to treatment application. (Diagram 2)
Part dog’s hair until skin is visible. Place applicator tip directly against exposed skin. (Diagram 3)
small dogs (12 weeks old or older) and up to 22.9 lbs. Deposit by squeezing the entire applicator contents onto dog’s skin, at a single site, between the shoulder blades as shown in diagram 3a.

Frequency of Application:
Fleas, ticks, and lice (biting and chewing) infestations can be controlled with monthly applications of EFFITIX Topical Solutions for Dogs. Biting flies and mosquitoes are also repelled EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs.

Fleas:
EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs can start killing adult fleas within 6 hours and lasts for up to a month. Apply monthly if dog has fleas that may cause flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) or re-infestation is likely.

Ticks:
EFFITIX Topical for Dogs can kill ticks for up to a month. Apply monthly where lice control is consistently needed.

Lice:
EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs can kill biting and chewing lice for a month. Apply monthly where lice control is consistently needed.

Mites:
EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs aids in the control mite infestations that may cause sarcoptic mange.

Biting Fleas and Mosquitoes:
When applied monthly, EFFITIX Topical Solution for Dogs prevents blood feeding by and repels biting flies and mosquitoes for up to 4 weeks. Kills mosquitoes for up to 4 weeks.
