Ingredient

• 1 dose contains:
  • Antigen: Minimum 10⁶ EID₅₀ of the attenuated Newcastle virus with Lasota strain
  • Adjuvant: Skim milk

Indication

For the active immunization of chicken (maximum age : 2months)  against Newcastle disease

Dosage

• The vaccination can be used for immunization via drinking water, or by nose or eye dropping.
• Eye or Nose Dropping:
  • Calculate the exact number of vaccines required for the chickens.
  • Mix the vaccine with physiological saline or lyophilized vaccine solution (1000 doses / 50 ml).
  • Using a standard dropper (1ml = 20 drops), place 1 drop into each chicken’s eye or nose.
  • Note: Ensure that vaccine drops enter the eyes or are inhaled before releasing the chickens.
• Drinking Water Method:
  • Calculate the exact number of vaccines required for the chickens.
  • Mix the vaccine with enough clean water for the chickens to drink within 2 hours.
  • Before vaccination, feed the chickens normally and keep them thirsty for 2–4 hours to ensure full vaccination coverage.

Administration

• The first vaccination: 5–7 days of age.
• The second vaccination: 14 days following the first vaccination.

Precaution

• If possible, vaccinate all susceptible birds on the premises at the same time.
• For 10 to 14 days after vaccination, avoid carrying vaccine particles on shoes, clothing, etc., into areas where there are unvaccinated birds.
• Inactivate unused contents before disposal.
• Do not mix with other products, except as specified on this label.
• In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
