Dosage and Administration / Directions for Use
- Dogs: 15 to 50 mg/kg every 12 to 24 hours by intramuscular or intravenous route.
- Cats: 25 to 50 mg/kg every 12 hours by intramuscular or intravenous route.
Precautions
- If any particles are visible in the vial after reconstitution or dissolving the contents, do not use the solution and return it to the manufacturer for replacement.
- Dissolve the contents of the vial in the sterile water for injection provided with the pack. Reconstitute and use immediately.
