    Main Ingredients and Use
Polyvax (NBG) is recommended for protection against Newcastle Disease, Infectious Bronchitis Disease, and Infectious Bursal Disease by boosting the immunity of both breeder and commercial flocks previously vaccinated with live vaccines. Vaccinate birds 2-4 weeks before the expected onset of lay (16-20 weeks of age) in previously primed birds and during mid-lay for protection against ND, IB, and IBD, as well as for the transfer of maternal antibodies to progeny.

    Dosage
Inject each bird with 0.5 ml of vaccine subcutaneously in the mid-portion of the neck or intramuscularly in the leg.

    Directions for Use
Allow the contents of the bottle to reach room temperature. Shake gently for 2 minutes if more than 4 hours have elapsed between the first and last use of the vaccine from any one container. Use the entire contents after opening the bottle for the first time.

    Precautions
Vaccinate only healthy birds. Birds to be vaccinated should not be weak, debilitated, or in an immunosuppressed state. Do not market birds if they show swellings at the site of injection, and market the birds three weeks after vaccination. Consult your veterinarian for further guidance on vaccination.
Store in the dark between 2°C – 8°C.
    Do not freeze.
Shake gently for 2 minutes before use.
    Use aseptic precautions.
    Use sterile needles and syringes.
