Buffalo: 2-2.4mg/kg body weight, administered via IM route.
Horse: 2.2 to 4.4mg/kg body weight, administered via IM route.
Swine: 3 to 5mg/kg body weight, administered daily for 3-5 days via SC route.
Dog: 2.2mg/kg body weight, administered daily for 3-5 days via SC route.
