• Horse: 2.2 to 4.4 mg/kg body weight, administered via IM route.
• Swine: 3 to 5 mg/kg body weight, administered daily for 3–5 days via SC route.
• Dog: 2.2 mg/kg body weight, administered daily for 3–5 days via SC route.
