Refund & Return Policy

At MyAnimal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods, food, supplements, and consumables.
- Medicines, vaccines, and hygiene-related products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
3. Return Process
- Log into your MyAnimal account and initiate a return via My Orders.
- After approval, we will arrange a pickup.
- Returned items will be inspected before processing refunds or exchanges.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will resolve the issue promptly.
